Ahhoz, hogy a gazdaság meg tudjon újulni, egyre inkább a jól fejlődő vállalkozásokhoz kell átkerülnie az erőforrásoknak, így a munkaerőnek is, ami talán az egyik legfontosabb erőforrás a gazdaságban. Minden eszközzel ezt a folyamatot kellene segíteni, az egyik fő cél az lenne, hogy minél kevesebben dolgozzanak minimálbérért és egyre többen közelítsék meg a magyar átlagot, ami ugyanakkor az európaitól még mindig jelentősen le van maradva. A felzárkózás beindult, ami Magyarországon az egyik legdinamikusabb, de még jelentős a hátrány, amit le kell küzdeni.
In order for the economy to recover, it will increasingly need to shift resources, including workforce, to well-developing businesses, which is perhaps one of the most important resources in the economy. By all means, we should help this process, one of the main goals of which is to work as little as possible for the minimum wage and to get more and more people closer to the Hungarian average which, however, is still significantly behind Europe. The catching-up process has started, which is one of the most dynamic in Hungary, but there is still a significant disadvantage that needs to be overcome.
